LinkedIn Contacts - Your Competitive Advantage

With the recent significant update by LinkedIn to the Contact section, members especially small business owners, entrepreneurs and sales professionals have a very powerful and free customer relationship management system at the tip of their fingers. Unfortunately many of these same individuals have not explored this update if they have yet or understand the impact of this update. Note: All US LinkedIn members are scheduled to have the update by August 31, 2013 with it then rolling out to the rest of the membership.
